149 Ronan Avenue - LAWRENCE PARK
This 4000 square foot, 4+1 bedroom house located in Teddington Park, north of Lawrence, is basically a larger version of the house in my last post. For only being 2 feet wider, it seems A LOT bigger. And the price shows it.

Though the width of the lot isn't much wider, it is much longer at 150 feet leaving room for a deck and lots of green lawn.
It is clearly a new build as can been seen from the Google street view. I am not crazy about the front but they did a nice job on the inside. I really like the open living room/dining room area at the front with the massive eat-in kitchen with the huge island and large family room area. And the two french doors are really nice.
I like the idea of a walk-out basement but it kind of wrecks the deck. It cuts the size in half and the furniture doesn't seem to fit comfortably. The bedrooms seem to be a good size and the floors are amazing.
This is a nice neighbourhood, only steps to great shops and restaurants on Yonge Street. And if this place on Snowdon can be listed at $1,550,000 (after the price drop), then doesn't this house make sense to be listed at $1.9?
I think it might sell fast but probably closer to $1,750,000.
Anyone else want to make a guess?
