This house scares the sh-t out of me!! I guess it is really just the room with the bed against the closet and nothing else in the room that really freaks me out.
Otherwise, this seems to be a 30 year old 4 bedroom, 6 bath custom build of a traditional Chinese family. If not, they are really into Chinese furniture.
Is it common to have a massive fridge in the dining room in Chinese culture? Even though there are 2 huge fridges around the corner....in the kitchen!!
And the marble walls and floors!?! This is a cold, unfriendly house.
But the lot is amazing!! 309 x 207.5 feet right on the water!!!!
Does that justify the $3,499,000 price tag? I don't know. I don't think there is much about this house that makes a reno make sense but imagine what you COULD build here!!
