9 Bernard Avenue - ANNEX
These people really like their laundry. There is a washer/dryer on all but the first floor. That is amazing!!
This house located in the Annex and just steps from Avenue Road and Yorkville was renovated to the studs in 2009 and they did a good job.
I am not a huge fan of the powder room (I think it is the phallic faucet coming out of the wall) but everything else looks nice. I especially like the rug in the family room. Too bad the pictures don't do a better job of showing the house!.
The price tag may seem a little steep at $2,195,000 given that there are only 3 bedrooms and the backyard is small but there are 4 bathrooms, a family room, a garage, a finished basement....and a washer/dryer on every floor! And it was all done just two years ago.
And the location is pretty great if you are into living so close to Yorkville.
