Though the interior of this South Lawrence Park/Allenby house is pretty boring...

This is a walk-in house. Nothing needs to be done except for some painting. Many of you may disagree, but I would paint the wainscotting and trim. It is WAAY too dark for me (see how good it looks under the stairs!). And I would have to do something about that fireplace at some point. Isn't that the kind of exterior brick that people are using on all those new builds around the city? I don't really like it on the outside let alone the inside.
Otherwise, this place is great for a young family.
It is steps to good shops, restaurants and cafes on Eglinton.
The back yard is great, the basement play room is a good size, it is around the corner from Allenby School....
Not sure this place will go into a bidding war but I don't doubt that it will go for the asking price. It's a good buy. Just ignore the awful paint job of the neighbour's house.
