As far as studio apartments go, this one is at the high end of the price range. Listed at $280,000, it is worth it.
Located in the Massey Harris Lofts on King Street West, just north of Liberty Village and south of Trinity-Bellwoods, it is a 20 something's dream!
I am not usually a fan of exposed brick but in this apartment, it looks great. There is lots of natural light and 11 foot ceilings. That leaves enough space to have storage above the kitchen.
Usually the kitchen in a studio apartment is just a countertop running along a wall but in this case, it has been separated leaving space for 3 to sit at the counter. The kitchen itself and the bathroom were designed by Cecconi Simone. As you can see from this house at 11 Bannon Avenue, this design duo is REALLY good at designing kitchens. Unfortunately there is no bathtub in the washroom if that is your thing.
I would like to change up the furniture though. I am not loving those throw pillows or the coffee table.
And where is the tv!?! This person must play a lot of guitar!
But really, there isn't a lot to complain about here.
It's a nice studio apartment.
