It is a cute house. The location is great, steps to Queen Street and right across the street from Jimmie Simpson Park.
If you are into Leslieville, this would be a good purchase. I love the light floors (and that living room book shelf!), the size is good at 18.17 feet wide but that kitchen. Some people might like that rustic, log cabin look but I am not into it. But if you were the type who is into doing your own renos, this kitchen could be great.
