The 3+2 bedroom row house at 89A Beaconsfield Avenue that I was loving last week has sold.
It sold for $895,000 and was listed at $879,000.
That is kind of crazy when you consider this place went for $1,625,000.
I am not saying the Beaconsfield Village house is a $1.6 million dollar house but the Little Italy one certainly isn't!!
Is Little Italy really THAT much better?
Congratulations to the person that bought the Beaconsfield house. You got a good house, at a good price in a neighbourhood that is only bound to see more growth. Nice work!
