Another Rosedale Price Drop!!

This time it is in South Rosedale at 107 Park Road.

This place was listed back in October for $3,550,000!!  It was crazy expensive then and even with this 7% price drop to $3,299,000, it is still too expensive.

And this isn't a sign of a crash.  It is just an example of pricing your home too high.
