And it went for....

This house at 79 Fishleigh Drive in Cliffside has sold.

It was initially listed at $2,349,000.

When I first posted it in Novemeber, it was listed at $2,195,000.

Then it dropped to $1,995,000 in January.  I said at the time that I thought it was too high and should be listed at $1,850,000. 

I guess they couldn't find a buyer because it subsequently had another drop in early February that I missed to $1,895,000.

Well, it sold shortly after that... 

For $1,850,000!!!
