I am not sure I can take it if bungalows in Canada are torn down and this house is built in its place.
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom new build on a 31 x 80 foot lot.
And it is listed at $1,095,000!!!

These 2 new builds in two sought after downtown neighbourhoods in Toronto can't sell for the same price. Granted, one is a layout MESS but so is this place. The kitchen, living room plus family room (that is a furniture layout nightmare), and dining room are all located on the second floor. The basement is on the ground floor. Talk about a walk out!
It is all just mediocre. The kitchen is okay but could have been so much better and the outside is blah. The closet is the best thing about the place.
And if I lived in Ottawa, I would open up a staging furniture company. That stuff is boring! And why is there a bar stool in the living room?
I am all for a new build but do they ALL have to look like this at the front? It is getting boring. And what is with the street side balcony. I don't get it!!!!
PS. What is in that bowl on the coffee table in the living/family room?
