RELIST - 30 Rosedale Road - ROSEDALE

The house at 30 Rosedale Road in Rosedale that I wrote about in July 2011 has been re-listed.

It was originally listed in April 2010, a month after this Globe and Mail article was written, for $14,800,000.  Guess it didn't sell.

It was then listed again last spring at and clearly didn't sell then either because it was listed again last week for the same price as the last time it was listed...

$13,800,000.

The price is the same.  The pictures are the same.  Actually, the picture of the front of the house is new and not great so I used the old one.

Is it going to sell this time around?  Third times the charm, they say.
