This 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house is located on a corner lot. The yard runs along the driveway and part of it is on the street but it has southern exposure.
The longest listing I have ever seen says that it is 4,100 square feet but I think that must include the basement. It is a good size for a family nonetheless.
And it is on a street with little traffic.
But $1,925,000? Do you think that is too much when the house down the street at 334 Inglewood sold for $2,350,000?
That house was really 3+1 bedrooms but was bigger with a recent renovation, a better basement, and a family room addition on the first and second floor. Oh, and a salt water pool.
Actually, that kind of makes the price of this place seem right.
It has been on the market for 2 weeks though. Maybe because it is hard to get a meeting with the agents as they live in Barrie. That is weird and inconvenient...
If it doesn't sell in the next week close to list, I bet you could go in at $1,799,000. Maybe that should have been the price to begin with.
