But this house, listed at $1,449,000, seems like a fair price for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached in the Annex, if you can get past the messed up first floor layout
And the fact that there is no parking spot, at least that I can make out.
OR...
With a LOT of money, it could be the house at 405 Brunswick.
