90 Glendale Avenue - RONCESVALLES
This house is blocks away from the house at 304 Garden Avenue that I posted yesterday. That house is listed at $789,900. This house is $679,000.
What a difference $110,900 makes!
I am not saying this is awful but there are issues. Firstly, the front. It's not good, it's not awful, but it isn't good.
There is a weird front room that I am sure doesn't normally have those 2 chairs in it. I would say that it would be full of strollers normally if I thought this was a house a family would buy. It's not.
There is no backyard, only a parking pad with a deck on top.
The house is staged well but all in all it is a little strange. Even though it is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, I don't think it will go for asking. Maybe $649,000 but that's it.
OR...
this place sells for asking and the Garden house sells for $950,000!
