This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom new reno at 227 Old Orchard Grove in Bedford Park has been on the market for a month but it finally sold.

It was listed at $1,378,999 and sold for 98% of list.

Wait!!  WHAT!?! 

When I initially posted this house on March 7 it had already been on the market for a week and was listed at $1,250,000.  They increased the price the very same day according to the sold sheet!  Guess I missed that!

It sold for $1,354,000.  

So, they actually got 9% MORE than the initially list price.

WHAT the HECK!!
