And it went for....

The semi at 113 Gothic Avenue in High Park that is also part of a condo (therefore fees) sold!

It was listed at $549,900 and though it looks small, I thought it was a steal.  The condo fees include cable, snow removal, use of the pool, tennis courts and gym and are only $181.65/month.  That's not bad.

My guess was that it would sell close to $700,000.

Looks like I wasn't the only on who thought that was the current fair market value.

It sold for $708,888.

I don't think they will need it with this place but I hope all the '8's in the listing bring them luck!
