I was way off on this one!

This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home at 2 Ava Road in Forest Hill has sold.

As I had mentioned, it is a little tired and actually fronts onto Spadina even though the address says it is on Ava, but I thought this place might sell for $2,300,000.

It sold but no where close to that.

It was listed at $1,825,000 and sold for $1,798,000!

That is a LOT of house for that amount of money.
