Something has been bugging me and I just figured it out!

70 Hilton Avenue

It has been bugging me ever since I wrote the last post about 70 Hilton Avenue that is currently listed at $1,499,000 in Casa Loma.  

I KNEW there was something about it that was familiar.

Well, it finally came to me.

It is 22 Cornish Road from Moore Park!

It is the same house right down to the staging furniture, bedspreads and toys. 

Cornish was listed back in November for $1,489,000 and sold for $#,###,###.  

I loved it.  The only thing different is the layout of the first floor.

I wish the flipper had done the same thing to Hilton, left a few walls up and made room for a dining room table.  It would have been SOOO much better!

Though I am a little surprised at the Cornish price because I like it so much more, I still think the Casa Loma house will sell over.

Even if they are the same house!
