And it went for....

The house at 31 Fermanagh in Roncesvalles has sold.

It was listed at $899,000.  I thought it would sell fast for at least asking.  There weren't a lot of pictures so I didn't make a guess at the final selling price.

It sold for $1,011,000.  I am not surprised.  I would have thought more high $9s but this house could be amazing.  And it is detached.
