483 Dupont Street, Unit 120 - SEATON VILLAGE
This loft in the Annex Loft Houses is big and bright. I love the floors and the Tom Dixon lights. I like the light wood of the kitchen, the couch looks great and the coffee table is nice. But even though I love IKEA, I am not loving that Granas table. It is too small for this space.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a den over 4 levels (including the deck) and 1,677 square feet of space.
The first bedroom is bright and a good size but I don't like those sliding mirrored doors on the closet. Two simple white doors like the powder room door on the first floor would look so much better. Or even the sliding white doors like the second bedroom (that bed looks really fricking comfortable).
Both bathrooms are good and the deck is big with a view of Casa Loma. Do you think it gets really hot up there with the black walls?
This place was listed one week ago. The location seems a bit odd for a loft but with an asking price of $869,000, I am REALLY surprised it is still on the market.
Plus, you don't have to go far to get propane for your barbeque. You just have to walk across the street! And it is just steps to Vesta Lunch!
