If you like dark wood then you will love this place!
Personally, I don't like dark wood and given that the house has so many trees blocking the natural light already, I would have to do some serious painting.
But otherwise, this place is great! It is 4+2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms all on a 50 x 140 lot.
The washrooms (except for the third floor) need to be redone unless you like brown and beige Canadian Geese tiles. The kitchen is probably a little outdated with what looks like new hardware and countertop. There is a mudroom that strangely doesn't seem to have any storage and the second floor den has a walkout but no deck. The basement could be redone but is completely livable even with toilet in the laundry room.
The price is $1,375,000.
For this house, on a huge lot that could be built out (the attached garage isn't necessary), that is a great price! It is move in ready but can be fixed up and added to eventually.
It won't sit on the market for long.
