This 2 bedroom semi at 115 Summerhill Avenue has sold.

It was originally listed in April for $1,439,000 which I thought was crazy because it needs work and is only 2 bedrooms!

They dropped their price at the end of May to $1,395,000.

It sold on June 9 for $1,395,000.  That is NUTS!

But it explains why this house at 110 Alcorn sold for $1,327,000!
