The house at 218 Cottingham that I mentioned earlier today has sold.

Like that loft at 245 Carlaw Avenue, this house had an interesting video to go along with the listing.  Here it is for a refresher...

Even if this guy isn't your style, you have to admit this video is SOOO much better than the Carlaw video...

So, this house was listed at $1,495,000.  It sold for $1,490,000!
