The cute and bright bungalow at 51 Frayter Avenue in East York that sits on the same lot width as the house at 154 Rhodes in Leslieville has sold.

It was listed at $379,900.  I thought that was reasonable.  It sold for $375,000.

Do you think this will be a teardown?  I don't.  I think it will stay as it is with a few fix ups.  At least I hope.
