UPDATE - 32 Stewart Street #702 - KING WEST

Looks like this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft that I posted in March hasn't sold yet.  It was initially listed at $689,000 and had a price drop to $625,000 that I missed.  Guess that wasn't enough of a drop...

It is now listed as a lease for $3,200 a month.  And it includes all the furniture!

Do you think it should go even lower to sell?  Maybe like the loft at 363 Sorauren that was listed for $569,000? 

That place was only 890 square feet though.  This place is 1,800 square feet and has a parking spot. 

That's $640/sq.ft. versus $347/sq.ft.!  Why can't this place sell!?!
