The house was listed a year ago for $629,900. It sold for $616,000.

Definitely a gutter!!! That duck on top of the fridge looks real. And what is that mangy animal hanging out by the basement!?!

They did a great job. I even like the yellow exposed brick! The kitchen backsplash isn't my favourite but it is 20 times better than the kitchen at 196 Grace Street. It makes the price of that place even MORE insane!!
Does this house really need a 'wine cellar' though? Or 2 outlets side by side on the island? Or that many potlights?
Otherwise, a good flip.
