2 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE
I have no idea why someone ever painted the outside of this house like that. The picture above looks fine but the streetview makes it look awful.
I wonder what the brick is underneath. If it is yellow, this might be one of my favourite houses ever!!! Even if it is red, it is amazing but I am REALLY not into the white.
Inside, this house is VERY impressive.
I find that couch layout weird in the living room with that random couch against the wall with the orange pillows.
I am getting a Michelle Pfieffer in The Fabulous Baker Boys vibe...
I really like the style of the house. Those lamps in the dining room are AMAZING! Are they Martha Sturdy? I don't really love the chair covers in the dining room though. It reminds me of a wedding. If you are going to do a cover, I prefer the style of the cover that was done at 106 Crescent.
I am also not into the naked painting in the guest room....
But otherwise this house is AMAZING.
And it should be for $5,995,000!!!!
It is 7+ bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the kitchen is brand new and it sits on a 74 x 194 lot.
Considering that the house at 50 Elm a few blocks away (that is now for lease) sold for $4,995,000 in February, this price probably isn't too far off.
Maybe $400,000 over...Maybe.
