26 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX (UPDATE)
Considering that the house down the street at 67 Tranby that was listed 2 months ago for $1,289,000 and sold for $1,237,500...I am not sure this place will sell for $1,774,900.
It is bigger and MUCH nicer (the other one was a classic flip) and has 3+2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 20.5 x 77.04 (that's not very deep) foot lot but I think the price is just a little too high.
All that South Hill and Hollace Cluny furniture isn't staying and neither are those Martha Sturdy lamps...
Plus there is no parking. Maybe $1,674,900...
UPDATE: thanks to the commentor below who pointed out that this house has been on the market for 2 weeks already. It was initially listed at $1,775,000. It is now listed at $1,774,900.
