PRICE DROP - 196 Grace Street - BICKFORD PARK

This house just north of College Street has been on the market since January when it was listed at $1,549,000.

They dropped the price finally at the end of June to $1,489,000.  Clearly it was WAY to high still as it didn't sell and they dropped the price again a few weeks ago.

To $1,389,000.

It is still WAY to high! 

$300,000 too high!

Kind of like the neighbour at 205 Grace...
