20 Mackenzie Crescent - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
This isn't a huge house in Beaconsfield Village, or Baconsfield Village as the woman in this video calls it (is that how it is supposed to be pronounced because if it is, the people that live in this neighbourhood should drop 'Little Portugal' and go with Baconsfield)...
But this is a done house and I love it!
If you prefer to have a family living space near the kitchen, it would definitely be possible to switch the living room and dining room and add some stools in the kitchen.
Maybe something like this...
The floors on the first and third floors are amazing. The middle floor is a bit different but still fine, not as good but fine. The bathroom on the middle floor is quite large though there is no photo of the main floor washroom.
The backyard is a good size and has recently been done.
The only problem is this place doesn't have parking and the basement isn't done.
The price is $779,000.
Considering that the place at 89A Beaconsfield with parking and a finished basement around the corner sold for $116,000 more at $895,000, this is probably the right asking price.
I do think that parking thing will be an issue here though...
