Clearly, I am not loving this house.
It could have been soooo much better. The windows and door at the front, the lights in the kitchen, the stairs, the upstairs bathroom.....the Port-o-Let!!!!
This is a 3+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. It sits on a 17 x 103.5 lot.
It does have possible basement apartment for added income and there is lane parking for 2 cars...
But $929,000!?!
That's a little high for not the best flip.
For that price, I would rather live in the detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom at 178 Morse Street that sold for $919,000 in June.
