176 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This is a good sized 3 storey house. There are 5 bathrooms, parking for 4 cars but only 3 bedrooms. Why only 3?

It sits on a 45 x 105 foot lot. That is really wide but not very deep. The house is close to the street though so it might not be so bad.

I am not a huge fan of the paint on the outside but they did a nice job on the inside. I love the floors but it looks like that living room is tiny. I really wish there was a floor plan or more photos because I can not figure out the lay out.

The pendants not being centred on the island would make me nuts after a while (but I guess they are centred on the ceiling). The size of the kitchen would also drive be crazy. Unless there are more cupboards that they aren't showing, there isn't a lot of storage here.

There is a LOT of herringbone tile in the washroom but it looks good.

The price is $3,150,000.

If that was your price range and you were looking in Rosedale, would you choose this house or the house down the street at 116 Glen Road?

Both are WAY overpriced but this one not as much.

If $3.2 was my budget and it was between these two houses, it would definitely be this one.

I just don't understand why this is only a 3 bedrooms.
