PRICE DROP - 444 Russell Hill Road - FOREST HILL

This 7+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,500 square foot house plus a 1,700 square foot coach house has been on the market since September 2011. 

When I posted it in January and for the past year, it has been listed at $4,795,000.

The price was dropped one year less a week after being listed.

It is now listed at $4,495,000.

Do you think the dated kitchen and bathrooms are keeping this place on the market?  Maybe it should be listed at $3,995,000.
