PRICE DROP - 66 Dunkirk Road - EAST YORK

The 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with the stuffed animals and the rubber faux stone runner that ran through the living room, then through dining room into the kitchen has had a price drop!

It was last listed in May for $749,900.  I thought it was a good house and with some paint, fewer stuffed animals, fewer random mattresses in the basement, and no rubber faux-stone runner that this place could be really good.

But I thought it was more of a high $6s house.

East York has been picking up recently though!

The new price is $739,000.  I don't think they will get that, but if they tidied up a bit (which it doesn't look like they have), I do think it could go for low $7s.

First step, get rid of that runner...
