51 Bernard Avenue - ANNEX
There are a lot of expensive houses for sale in the Annex right now. They all range in the $2.7 - $3.9 million range.
This 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 30 x 80 lot sits in the 'lower' range.
It is listed at $3,079,000.
According to the reader who sent it in (thanks!), it was also listed last year and sold somewhere over $2,850,000.
I really, really like it but for a 3 bedroom semi, this seems like a LOT.
It does have 3 parking spots and it is done (apparently these photos are actually from last year's listing).
So would you pay $3.1 for a 3 bedroom semi in the Annex?
It's nice and it has lots of character but I think it is way too high.
If it did sell last year for over $2.85 though....this seller isn't going to be patient with a low bid of $2.75 which is what it is probably worth right now.
But it is my favourite of all the expensive listings out there right now in the Annex....
Maybe $2,950,000....$2,999,0000 tops.
