After being on the market for just over a month, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a presumed Green Machine in the garage...
at 136 Denlow Boulevard in Don Mills has sold.
It was listed at $1,849,000 which for the 89 x 125 foot lot didn't seem so crazy. And though the interior could be great, I got the feeling this might sell as a tear down.
Now, I am not so sure.
This house sold for $1,739,999.
What do you think? Is this getting torn down or updated? It could be pretty great with a little bit of money!
