PRICE INCREASE #2 - 150 Langley Avenue - RIVERDALE

This isn't a joke.

A few hours after posting this house in response to the article about Clueless agents and sellers playing with prices on Toronto Realty Blog........this already overpriced flip just increased their price.

From $929,000 to $999,000!!!!!!!!

It is an $850,000 house.  

Maybe $879,000 which is what it was listed for on October 10.

I don't know what they are thinking.  There is some serious playing with numbers here!!!

I say.....just list it for a dollar and let the market figure it out.

Okay, now I'm kidding.
