294 Chartwell Road - OAKVILLE
After my last post at 38 Bayview Ridge that was first listed at $15,000,000 in April, but has since dropped to $8,800,000, I became curious about what else was out there in Toronto for around $15,000,000.
And of course, a few Oakville places came up.
This one is 5+2 bedrooms, 5+2 bathrooms, and 9,045+8,354 square feet on a 135 x 419.62 foot lot.
It is listed at $16,500,000.
And though it is insanely overpriced, I am posting it more because the first thing I thought of when I saw the interior was of this photo...
That is not a photo of an inhabitant of this house but it easily could be. It is a photo from the website called Rich Kids of Instagram. If you haven't already, you need to take a look.
This house is going to make it in there at some point....
And remember the house at 251 Manning Avenue that brought back memories of Lionel Richie....well, if it weren't for RKOI, I would never have seen that his daughter Sofia had an Instagram page where she had posted this shot of her dad....
Or that this is where he ate Thanksgiving dinner...
