360 Walmer Road - CASA LOMA (UPDATE)
I don't get this house.
It is 4+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot.
But where is the dining room? What about the living room?
The first floor seems to have a long hallway past the garage, the stairs, perhaps a powder room, then the kitchen and 'family room'.
The other floors are bedrooms, laundry room, and 'other'.
So, is the dining room the 4 chairs around the kitchen counter?
I am confused.
I am also confused as to how they were able to complete this house in only 10 months.
It was last listed at the end of January 2012 for $1,199,000. This is what it looked like...
I think they planned this thing out so fast that they actually forgot to add a living room and dining room to the plans!
At $3,249,000, this is going to be a tough sell.
I do love the floors though.

I didn't notice it until commentor Lindy (thank you!) pointed out the view of the toilet on the third floor from the street.
WHAT were they thinking!?!
