This house was originally listed at $15,000,000 in April.
It is now listed at $8,800,000.
Is it me or do the renderings look better than the actual house? I suppose the house isn't complete yet.
Maybe instead of the 2 older guys in their perfectly ironed khakis and shirts walking through the 'grounds' in the renderings, they should get a fun older guy holding a baby in the backyard. That might make this place a little more 'approachable'....
But probably not.
