And it went for....

The house with the Entourage office for a dining room at 8 Forest Heights Boulevard has sold.

It was listed in October for $3,480,000.

Even though it is 5+1 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms on a 200 x 67 foot lot, I thought it would still be for sale in January and that we would see a price drop considering that the lot is on Bayview.......and that dining room looks like a conference room.  

I thought it would eventually sell for $2,780,000.

Ten days after I posted it, this house sold..

For $3,150,000.
