'Curb Appeal', like 'grass roots', is one of those sayings that drives me nuts.
But in the case of this house, it needs to be used.
This house has absolutely NO curb appeal.
It might be the pictures but the porch roof seems to be on an angle and the house itself reminds me a bit of the house at 874 Eastern Avenue that sold for $275,000.
This house is listed at $799,900.
Sure, it has been completely renovated but I don't know if I could, for that price, get past the look of the front of this house.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16 x 137 foot lot. It is fine. It isn't excitng but it is good. I don't love the kitchen but it is big and bright. The bathroom on the second floor could be done better but it is new and looks like it works. The back deck is large but the yard is pea gravel which drives me crazy. And from what I can see, there is no parking. That could be an issue.
So, for $799,900....this is going to be a hard sell.
Maybe $735,000 TOPS...
IF the buyer can get past that lack of 'Curb Appeal'.
