As far as new builds go, I really like this one.
It seems REALLY narrow from the outside but it doesn't seem that narrow from the inside. Maybe it's because there is no furniture.
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 6(!?!) bathroom house on a 21 x 140 foot lot.
I am not sure if that is a shared drive or not but there is a garage at the back. That means though that this house is only about 14 feet wide.
But the finishes are all good. I don't love the backsplash in the kitchen but that could be changed at not a huge cost.
This house is listed at $1,499,000.
It won't sit for long and will probably go over. I am thinking more like $1,560,000. Maybe more.
But it is narrow.
