This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 30 x 185 foot lot with 2 parking spaces.
The front entryway of this house is intersting. If I lived here, I think I would always keep those living room doors shut but it is nice to know they are they for air circulation and light.
I don't love the carpet on the stairs, or the kitchen, the bathrooms have seen better days, and though it is a little rough, the basement is done for the most part. The bedrooms all have slopped ceilings but they are a good size, there is a large family room, the backyard is done and it is large....
But I wouldn't really call that room in the basement 'a bedroom'. It needs work before it can actually be called a bedroom. It looks more like a storage room with a bed in it but with a little fixing up, this could be a good guest room. That front entryway might turn people off but is probably actually really convenient with a family. It just needs more coat storage.
This house was first listed in November for $1,249,000.
As of yesterday, the price has been dropped to $1,229,000.
This is a solid house in a good neighbourhood. I don't think the price is far off for everything this house offers, but there is still work to be done.
I think this house will sell closer to $1,199,000.
