This house at 17 Berryman Street in Yorkville sold fast.

It is in a 'Heritage' district and as per the listing, 'Please Note:House Is In Almost Original Condition'.

It was built in 1888 (give or take a year or so).

It was listed at $1,079,000.  If the Heritage restrictions weren't harsh on any interior work or back additions, I thought this place would sell fast.  It is on a 20 x 118.25 foot lot which could provide for a lot of house.  But there is no parking.  

I thought, depending on the restrictions, that the asking price was perhaps not so insane.

It sold in 9 days....For $1,059,000.

So, guess they can expand into the backyard!
