The house overlooking Stanley Park at 54 Stanley Terrace with the potential to build on the lot where the garage is located has sold.

It was listed last Wednesday for $1,049,000.

Though the house is very nicely done and very welcoming, I didn't think the house alone would be worth the asking.

But considering the potential to build next door, this place could sell for $1,200,000.

Perhaps the new buyers aren't planning on building because this house sold under asking...

For $1,039,000.

If they do build, they were smart buyers!

Forgot to mention all the shrunken heads in my first post.  It's like this person is starting a collection to rival that of Billy Jamieson!
