It is deceivingly large and the inside is really well done.

It was listed at $799,000.

Though there might be issues for some with the meat packing plant around the corner, it is a great house if you are looking in this neighbourhood (even if the upstairs paint colours aren't for you).

As a reader pointed out, the owners had Golden Tee in the basement.  They said, 'That alone will increase the value of the house $50K'!!!

Well, looks like that reader was right!
