The 'rebuild' at 75 South Drive in South Rosedale that some readers described as 'perfection' has sold!

It was listed at $6,250,000.  

I felt the front steps were disproportionately small compared to what was going on with the right side of the house.  I also thought that considering that the house at 18 Chestnut Park Road sold for 98% of its $5,995,000, that this might be on the market for a while.

It was listed on Monday, I posted it on Tuesday, it sold on Thursday...

For $6,000,000!!!
