PRICE DROP - 116 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This house has just had an inevitable price drop.

It was listed in October for $3,280,000.

I thought it was insane.  

This place was listed  in September 2010 for $1,100,000.  It didn't sell so they dropped the price in October 2010 to $995,000.

There is no WAY they spent close to $2,300,000...even $1,000,000!!!!

The price was just insane so it was only a matter of time before the price was dropped.

But the new price of $2,990,000 isn't going to do much.....AT ALL.
