PRICE DROP #2 - 986A Logan Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES
This house was first listed in October for $799,999.
Not to mention the awesome picture to accompany the listing, the house was just priced too high. It isn't that large and it could use some work.
The listing photo was eventually replaced with this photo...
Which I guess is an improvement.
But there was still a bed in a kitchen in one of the interior photos...
Yeah, this house needs work.
They dropped the price last week to $749,900.
But considering that a similar house at 192 Fulton that was first listed at $699,800 ended up selling for $591,000, this price was way too high still.
The price has been dropped again.
It is now listed at $719,900.
Probably still too high but as I said last week, it does have a 2 car garage!
